Quota resets on the 1st. Bulk transfers above 20 GB should use the download manager so they can resume.
Publishing rules
- Publish sources to the library, not to a share — the pipeline derives renditions and sets cache headers.
- Never reference a source file directly from a page; always link the rendition or a signed URL.
- Version in the path (
/v3/…). Overwriting in place makes a purge unavoidable. - Confidential material must be marked at upload; it is excluded from shared caches.
